some perks
so i guess there are some perks to working in southern california. we have our cru weekly meetings on wednesday nights. usually we meet in a fairly nice lecture hall on campus. it's always a good time. great worship...great teaching...stupid games...fun people. but this week, for some reason, the usual room is unavailable. so what do you do when you have no room in which to meet? you go to the beach! of course you do. so tomorrow night we're having our weekly meeting at dockweiler beach. not bad...not bad at all.

Looks like a painful life, my friend. Football games, beach, stupid games...Glad you are settling in there. Are you going to be in Texas during Christmas? I'm going to be back for a few weeks!
